Decodes the trailing TXI footer as strict Windows-1252 text.

Errors

DecodeTextError when the footer holds a byte Windows-1252 cannot represent, naming its index. Self::txi_text is the lossy reading for a caller that would rather see replacement characters.

pub fn set_txi_text(&mut self, text: &str) -> Result<(), EncodeTextError>

Replaces trailing TXI footer bytes from Windows-1252 text.

Errors

EncodeTextError when text holds a character with no Windows-1252 form, naming it. The footer is left as it was in that case.
